Robert Bosch GmbH is looking for candidates who want to turn ideas into useful and meaningful technologies. In the Semiconductors area, you focus on the development of semiconductors for automotive and consumer applications. Applications range from power semiconductors for electric vehicles, automotive system ICs and IP modules to MEMS sensors for smartphones, wearables, or drones. Possible areas include technology development, circuit design, architectures, and security concepts for system-on-chip.

In 12–24 months, you will rotate through various business units (stations) in Germany and abroad. You will support identifying future topics in the development of innovative systems and components of the semiconductor industry. You will work in agile development teams with technically fascinating products and services from the Bosch Group. Together with us you lay the foundation for your future as a manager, with leadership meaning continuously advancing yourself and others, influencing processes, and achieving meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Personality: You show innovation and ingenuity in power electronics, ASICs, or MEMS sensors. You enjoy promoting topics and inspiring others. You value courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness.
• Background: You have completed your technical master’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, chemistry, natural sciences, or similar with outstanding results; a PhD and some professional semiconductor development experience (e.g., circuit design) is a plus.
• Experience and know-how: You have at least three months of international experience and practical experience from challenging industrial internships. Very good English; some German knowledge is expected.
