Responsibilities

• Steer and manage change processes to ensure the firm remains future-ready and competitive; identify optimization potential and guide implementation closely with departments and the management.
• Potentially lead the Kanzleiverwaltung and ensure efficient process organization.
• Monitor current trends and developments in the tax advisory and auditing sectors; actively participate in trade fairs, events, and network meetings to learn and apply innovative approaches.
• Act as a liaison between locations to ensure smooth communication and knowledge transfer; support the management on strategic projects and contribute to ongoing development of the company culture.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in economics or completed commercial training in a law firm/office context
• Experience in a law firm is desirable
• Strong skills in change management and organizational development
• Solid project experience, especially in steering and implementing change processes
• High communication and leadership skills as well as assertiveness
• Structured and solution-oriented work style with high engagement
