Responsibilities

  • Ensure the best brands, stocks, and prices for your portfolio.
  • Acquire and develop strategic accounts through proactive prospecting and account management.
  • Build strong relationships as the primary liaison for brand partners, enabling powerful connections internally and externally.
  • Expand brands across local and international markets, creating European interconnections and synergies.
  • Understand partner needs, drive growth, and meet portfolio targets in collaboration with sales analysts and internal teams.

Key Activities

  • Prospection (New Accounts) : Identify, engage, and onboard new strategic accounts.
  • Partnership & Relationship Development (Existing Accounts) : Deepen relationships to ensure sustained growth and deliver on the annual budget.
  • Deal Negotiation : Close agreements by negotiating commercial and contract terms.
  • Market Knowledge : Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Sales Coordination : Collaborate across functions (supply chain, planning, marketing, etc.) to maximize performance.

Qualifications

  • +5 years' experience as Key Account Manager or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Result‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in prospection, account management, and sales target achievement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and Office Suite (Gsheet, Slides, Excel).
  • Excellent local language skills and English proficiency.
