Responsibilities include:

• Review repair invoices for vehicle glazing, considering damage assessments and repair cost calculations using computer-assisted systems.
• Evaluate replacement and repair methods for glass, checking for plausibility and causality.
• Handle customer inquiries on technical topics both schriftlich and telefonisch using your expert knowledge.
• Serve as an internal and external contact for questions about our products and your field of expertise.
• Collaborate with colleagues and actively share your knowledge.
• Clarify open questions regarding inspection results with external contacts.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a completed training in the Kfz sector with relevant professional experience.
• Possesses knowledge of vehicle glass replacement and repair methods, along with proficiency in common calculation programs (DAT / Audatex).
• Works independently, goal-oriented, and is eager to contribute to an ambitious team.
• Has excellent computer skills and quickly learns new IT tools, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Speaks fluent German, both written and spoken.
