Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Procure goods considering economic aspects
• Train, lead, and supervise a team of approximately 20 employees
• Develop and motivate staff
• Plan duty rosters and manage leave schedules
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction

Profile

• Completed culinary training, ideally with further qualification as Küchenmeister (m/w/d)
• Several years of experience as Küchenchef in upscale gastronomy, preferably with Bavarian cuisine
• Creative and passionate about traditional and modern dishes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Cost-conscious mindset
• High resilience and flexibility, even under stress
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Passion for regional and seasonal products
