As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating and managing conversations that drive new business opportunities for a dynamic and growth-focused client in the fitness coaching space. This role requires a proactive communicator who thrives in digital interactions, understands the importance of building rapport, and is comfortable working with social media platforms to connect with prospects. You will play a key role in booking discovery calls, ensuring smooth tracking of progress, and collaborating with the team to optimize engagement strategies. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for a self-starter who values independence, efficiency, and impact.

Accountabilities:

• Start, manage, and close conversations with prospects that lead to booking free discovery calls.
• Use Instagram direct messaging as the primary outreach channel to engage potential clients.
• Track and report daily lead generation metrics accurately using Google Sheets.
• Communicate effectively with the team through Slack, asking questions and sharing updates.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and additional check-ins when required.

Requirements

• Professional experience using Instagram for direct messaging in a business context.
• Availability to log in 1–2 hours on Sundays to manage incoming messages.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Nice to have: familiarity with GoHighLevel, Monday.com, or other CRM tools.
• Ability to suggest improvements or strategies based on observed trends.
• Home office setup that includes:
• Reliable headset and webcam.
• Stable internet connection of at least 25–50 Mbps.
• Updated computer system (Windows 10 or later / macOS Monterey 12.0 or later).
• Quiet, distraction-free environment with backup solutions for power or internet outages.
