Job Description
As Lead PX Manager Germany, you will act as the core driver of the PX operating model in Germany. The role guarantees execution of PX priorities, provides core support to the market, and partners with the CEO, Constanze, and the German leadership team on PX matters. This role is a key enabler of the PX strategy, a member of the PX Leadership team, and reports directly to Constanze, our CEO Germany, with a dotted line to Adanya, our dCPO.
This position is based in our Berlin office (minimum 2 days/week in the office).
Responsibilities include:
- Driving the global PX operating model in Germany, ensuring high-level execution of core business activities. Delivering on KPIs and supporting Germany in achieving targets.
- Leading the country PX business review with the Country leader and the Go-to-Market PX review with the dCPO and team. Providing visibility, identifying gaps, and executing strategies to meet targets.
- Enhancing efficiency in local PX operations by monitoring productivity and implementing process, technology, and other improvements.
- Managing talent at the country level, facilitating talent mobility between global and local teams, and optimizing talent moves for the benefit of jameda and Docplanner.
- Participating in global PX projects, representing the German market, and ensuring solutions consider local needs.
- Assessing and developing the German leadership team, participating in the selection process, and advising the local CEO and team to increase talent density.
- Bridging local and global PX teams to prioritize local demands and ensure global teams consider local priorities.
- Occasionally addressing specific local requests on behalf of the CEO GER and dCPO.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive culture.
- Experience leading HR teams with expertise across HR disciplines.
- Ability to develop and use people metrics for decision-making.
- Experience implementing HR automation and system/process adjustments.
- Knowledge of various people experience areas, including talent acquisition, retention, compensation, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and employment law.
- Experience in change management best practices.
- Working knowledge of German employment law and HR market practices.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Expertise in a specific people experience area is a plus.
