WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced Fullstack TypeScript Engineer who is passionate about technology and building great consumer products, eager to shape product concepts from the ground up, demonstrates strong technical leadership, cares deeply about code quality, and actively mentors peers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

YOUR MISSION

• Act as a technical leader and mentor, raising the engineering bar and collaborating with backend engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts, and business leads.
• Shape product concepts and bring strategic thinking to challenges around scalability, performance, and system design.
• Stay hands‑on: prototype, build features, and improve infrastructure across our stack (React Native app, Next.js app, Node.js/Express BFF).
• Iterate quickly to deliver the best solutions for customers and the business, while writing high‑quality, performant, and tested code.
• Guide and mentor the frontend team on code quality, architecture, and processes through reviews, technical specs, and learning sessions.

• System thinker: you keep the big picture in mind, identify bottlenecks, and propose clear improvements for the technical roadmap.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of hands‑on React experience and a solid understanding of its internals.
• Experience with React Native and Next.js is a plus — interest and eagerness to learn are a must.
• 3+ years building production backends in TypeScript (we use Express, but framework experience is flexible).
• Strong ability to plan projects, distill complex problems, and communicate technical vision clearly while ensuring iterative, value‑driven delivery.
