We're looking for an experienced IT Security Operations Manager to take a leading role in safeguarding infrastructure and systems from within the first line of defense . You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day technical security operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks like DORA, BAIT, and MaRisk .
What You'll Do:

• Manage and coordinate IT security operations , including monitoring, alert triage, and response
• Oversee vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and SIEM tuning
• Lead operational risk mitigation projects and work closely with engineering teams on control implementation
• Collaborate with 2LoD (InfoSec, Risk, Compliance) to ensure policy alignment
• Act as the interface for internal audit, regulators, and external security partners
What You Bring:
• 5+ years in security operations or technical IT security roles
• Strong knowledge of security tooling, incident handling, and infrastructure protection
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (DORA, ISO 27001, NIST, BAIT )
• Fluent in German & English , with excellent communication and reporting skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and strong cross-functional collaboration mindset
