In this role, you will support Sanoptis’ growth by building performance dashboards and ensuring CRM systems are operational. You will optimize their use for us and our eye clinics based on comprehensive marketing data. Your expertise in analytics and the right tech stack will enable our management and clinics to make informed decisions based on high‑quality underlying data.
Join our team in Berlin as soon as possible as a Manager Marketing Tech & Analytics (m / f / d) - part‑time (20 hours).
Manage our tech stack: You will manage and optimize our marketing technology stacks (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, CDP). You will prepare the stack to integrate data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Funnel, and Zapier into a cohesive dashboard. This will include collaborating with in‑house IT and external service providers to implement new technologies and providing training and support to the marketing team.
Optimize our CRM: You will support the development of the API between the patient management system, booking calendars, and reporting. You will design an intuitive, user‑friendly dashboard that visualizes key performance metrics and allows daily and weekly data comparison. Ensuring data quality and integration between the various systems will be your top priority, along with developing automation solutions for campaign management and lead scoring.
Create analytics and insightful reporting: You will analyze and report marketing metrics to identify optimization potential, automate data updates and report generation, and replicate dashboards for additional clinics when appropriate. You will also support personalization and segmentation of marketing measures while ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines (GDPR, CCPA).
