The Role:

  • Establish and maintain high-level knowledge of the company’s mission, vision, and brand identity.
  • Prioritize and schedule tasks effectively, driving brand awareness in your territory and preparing for studio openings.
  • Identify relevant events in your area and participate as a brand representative.
  • Coordinate and implement test drive events, pop-ups, product awareness initiatives, loyalty events, community engagement events, and driving experiences to bring the Lucid brand to life for prospective owners and the automotive community.
  • Meet test drive, reservation, and sales targets.
  • Manage post-event analysis, budget reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and managing the luxury experience team for studios.
  • Support the launch of Lucid’s segment-defining sedan “Air” by organizing relevant operations activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Lucid (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Retail, HR) to achieve goals.
  • Work with the Enablement team to train and manage customer-facing event personnel.
  • Manage the sales vehicle demo fleet, assist in orders, supervise usage, and ensure timely availability.
  • Implement a stock management system, including merchandising and POS promotions.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests as assigned by the Country Manager Germany and HQ leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing and selling in a luxury customer environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-starting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fast-paced, high-growth startups.
  • Extensive network within VIP, influencer, and key luxury target groups.
  • Excellent collaborator and team player, maintaining positive relationships and helping overcome obstacles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Advantageous:

  • Passion for automobiles, EVs, and mobility innovations.
  • Experience in luxury and high-tech industries.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
