Key Responsibilities:

• Activate local sales and subscription growth strategies focusing on revenue.
• Identify and leverage local market opportunities and relationships.
• Analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to inform strategies.
• Act as the primary interface between NavCo and local stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with local partners, regulators, and sector bodies.
• Coordinate local marketing events, partner activations, and content creation.
• Manage social media engagement and content to enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reflect local needs in product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Growth-oriented, data-savvy, and performance-driven mindset.
• Strong relationship-building skills in B2B contexts.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with B2B social media and platform evangelism.
