Marketing & Communications Manager (m/f/d) part-time (20 hours)

You Will

• Organize and manage trade fair appearances – sometimes with your own stand, sometimes as a clever visitor organization for our sales team.
• Support your sales colleagues with ideas for modern sales materials (brochures, presentations, mailings), which you will implement together with agencies and internal specialists.
• Plan and implement events – from PR events with external partners to internal formats such as multi-day management meetings.
• Design internal communication – You will coordinate our employee app, develop an editorial plan together with our working student, and implement formats such as town halls and internal campaigns.
• Responsible for PR & LinkedIn – You are the interface to our agency, coordinate press inquiries, interviews, press releases, and support strategic communication on LinkedIn.
• Support your team – with projects, campaigns or interdisciplinary tasks.

You Have

• A completed degree in marketing, communication, project or event management – or a comparable qualification
• Experience in coordinating communication or event projects, ideally with a trade fair focus
• Organizational talent and a structured way of working that allows you to manage several projects simultaneously
• A good feel for language, target groups and external impact – both written and spoken
• Enjoyment of teamwork and taking responsibility for moving things forward
• Experience in a similar position – on the corporate or agency side
• Very good PC skills (MS Office) – knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Very good written and spoken English skills
