Responsibilities

• Brand & Portfolio Management – develop and execute downstream marketing plans for the insulin injection portfolio. Manage product positioning, messaging, and branding in line with corporate strategy.
• Go-to-Market Execution – localize global strategies into impactful in‑market campaigns. Plan and execute tactical campaigns "Where to play and How to win". Collaborate with the German sales management to define and implement effective sales cycles and work closely with MarCom specialists.
• Customer & Market Engagement – collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and support and educate field execution. Develop value propositions tailored to HCPs, patients, wholesalers/pharmacies, and payers. Organize congress activities and KOL engagement programs.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration – partner with Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution. Align upstream teams to translate strategic direction into market success.
• Performance Monitoring – track KPIs, market share, and ROI of marketing initiatives. Conduct competitor benchmarking and adapt strategies accordingly.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Science or related field.
• 5+ years marketing experience in pharma or MedTech; experience in Diabetes Care highly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proven track record in downstream/commercial marketing (brand activation, campaigns, sales support).
• Strong understanding of diabetes treatment landscape and stakeholder ecosystem (HCPs, patients, payers).
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fast learner and can‑do attitude.
• Fluency in German and English; additional language(s) a plus.
