Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Programme Manager - CRM and Digital Marketing (m/w/d) to join our team. This role involves managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, email marketing, online advertising, and collaborating with international teams to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, localizing global and regional initiatives to meet market needs.
2. Design, implement, and refine email marketing campaigns, including lifecycle emails, newsletters, and automation, in coordination with the Shared Service Center in Barcelona.
3. Manage online marketing campaigns (SEA, social ads, retargeting) in collaboration with the Barcelona team.
4. Oversee marketing projects from planning through to sales collateral development, working closely with sales and marketing teams globally.
5. Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement improvements.
6. Manage job boards and resume databases in partnership with sales.
7. Interpret and present campaign results, providing recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
8. Coordinate with Digital, Sales, and CRM teams across Germany, Austria, and Barcelona.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or similar, with at least 5 years of experience in online/email marketing or agency work.
• Experience managing marketing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of KPIs and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Power BI).
• Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, proactive, with excellent communication skills in German and English.
