1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Commerce.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a B2B marketing or sales support role, preferably within an industrial or high-tech environment. Excellent recent graduates with strong commercial internships can be considered.
3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and German for executing cross-border marketing campaigns and communicating with European markets.
4. Willingness to undertake frequent business travel to manage event logistics and support key regional market development.
