What You Will Do :

As the Managing Veterinarian, you will be at the heart of both clinical and operational management, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and continues to grow. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Leadership & Strategy : Oversee the day-to-day management of the practice's clinical and administrative / financial operations, with the full support of our central team. You will develop and execute strategies that drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth-both clinically and financially.
  • Team Development & Recruitment : Lead, mentor, and inspire our dedicated veterinary team, ensuring they receive the support and training they need to thrive. You will play a key role in recruiting new talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • External Relations : Act as the practice's ambassador, representing us to public institutions, authorities, and the wider community.
  • Compliance & Safety : Ensure that the practice adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements, including occupational safety, occupational medicine, and data protection policies.

  • Experience : At least 6 years of practical experience as a veterinarian, with a strong foundation in clinical practice, especially in internal medicine and surgery.
  • Leadership Skills : While prior leadership experience is a plus, it's not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead, inspire, and support a team.
  • Commitment to Excellence : A proactive mindset with a focus on providing high-quality care, both for animals and the veterinary team.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with key regulations in veterinary practice, including occupational safety, occupational medicine, and data protection.
