    This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact for a wide range of mid-market clients by delivering data-driven solutions that optimize customer experiences and business operations. You will manage complex sales cycles, work with diverse stakeholders across multiple industries, and leverage cutting-edge technology to help clients unlock the value of their customer data.     Accountabilities

    In this role, you will:

    • Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from prospecting and discovery to closing complex deals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple industries and company functions.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and craft tailored solutions leveraging data and AI platforms.
    • Execute value-based selling strategies and articulate the impact of proposed solutions on client business outcomes.
    • Work closely with internal teams including Customer Success and Product to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
    • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progression, and forecast achievement.
    • Continuously learn and apply best practices in consultative and strategic selling.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 2+ years of experience in corporate or mid-market sales, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling role.
    • Strong interpersonal and discovery skills to understand client needs and drive solution adoption.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
    • Intellectual curiosity, humility, and high motivation to succeed in a fast-changing environment.
    • Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of the technology industry and its players is preferred.
