About You:

If so, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the Trade South Sales team and make a significant impact on Hansgrohe’s presence in the UK trade market.

About the Role:

Reporting to the UK & Ireland Sales Director, the National Sales Manager – Trade South will be responsible for planning and implementing channel and commercial sales programs designed to increase product sales, brand exposure, and market share with our trade partners.

You will lead a team of Area Sales Managers to drive our customer‑intimate strategy, identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities across showrooms, merchants, and regional developers. Your remit includes growing Hansgrohe’s share of the trade market by ensuring the brand is the partner of choice for our brassware, showering, furniture and ceramics solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with UK and German Head Office colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and eCommerce to deliver a unified channel plan. You will also represent Hansgrohe externally, engaging with key partners to strengthen relationships and influence buying decisions.
