We are looking for a motivatedOnline Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Central EMEA Field Marketing Team at an international software company based inMunich , starting in February 2026, with a focus on the German and Austrian markets. In the position ofOnline Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) you will independently plan and implement digital campaigns to generate demand for innovative cloud solutions, with measurable impact across the entire marketing funnel.

Manage paid digital initiatives including display advertising, content syndication, and social media campaigns
Strengthen our organic presence through SEO improvements, website updates, blog content, email programs, and YouTube activities
Define the ideal channel mix and translate campaign strategies into relevant content needs
Monitor and optimize campaign performance focused on lead creation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution
Closely collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness

Your skills

Initial experience as an Online Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) in digital B2B marketing, ideally in the management of integrated multi-channel campaigns
You work in a structured, proactive, and goal-oriented manner; fast-paced environments motivate you rather than deter you
Confident use of CMS systems such as WordPress
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
Knowledge of Salesforce and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as an understanding of AI-based tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), Business fluent English and C1-C2 German skills round off your profile
