Major Roles & Responsibilities.
Operations Management Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Staff Management Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
Guest Services Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Revenue & Budget Management Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Quality Control Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and safety throughout the hotel.
Marketing & Sales Promote the hotel through marketing initiatives, partnerships, and special offers to attract guests.
Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations.
Inventory & Supplies Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and food & beverage items.
Event & Banquet Management Oversee planning and execution of events, conferences, and banquets.
Reporting & Documentation Prepare operational, financial, and staff performance reports for senior management.
