About Our Client
Projektbeschreibung:Für die Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der Branchenlösung oscare suchen wir erfahrene Anwendungsberater (m/w/d). Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und Endanwendern zusammen, um Prozesse effizient zu gestalten und die Nutzung von oscare zu optimieren. Darüber hinaus schulen Sie die Mitarbeiter unseres Kunden.
Job Description
Ihre Aufgaben:

• Beratung und Betreuung von Fachbereichen bei der Anwendung von oscare-Modulen
• Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Erarbeitung von Optimierungsvorschlägen
• Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Releasewechseln und Migrationen
• Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Anwendertrainings
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Know-how-Transfer
• Fehleranalyse
• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams
• Support der Endanwender
  
The Successful Applicant
Ihr Profil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anwendungsberatung im GKV-Umfeld, idealerweise mit oscare
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren Modulen
• Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, idealerweise in agilen Umgebungen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Kundenorientierung
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Vor-Ort-Terminen in Wuppertal (nach Absprache)
