Your Mission Your mission is to manage and develop our relationship with our Partners from onboarding to the launch and beyond. As Partner Manager you will be the main point of contact to our partners, coordinating all changes and being a consistent partner in building their product and their business. You will play an important role in establishing lemon.markets as the go‑to provider for launching investment products in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Own the day‑to‑day relationship with our business partners. Continuously build the relationship, coordinate change processes and be a consistent partner in building their product.
- Act as the first line of defence for our outsourced activities, working closely with Risk, Compliance and Outsourcing to ensure partners are onboarded smoothly and meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with Go‑to‑Market, Product, Brokerage and Operations to further improve our product and services to find even stronger product‑market fit.
- Qualify, calculate and validate business cases to help our partners expand their product offering and steer the process around it.
- Build out all processes & design the framework & standards for the Partner Management function.
- Embrace a strong writing culture & proactively share knowledge & partner insights.
Qualifications
- Passion for growing investing opportunities. You have worked in the financial sector before, whether it’s a brokerage firm, a bank or a fintech.
- Good experience in managing business partnerships & building strong relationships from fields such as Business Analysis, Strategy Consulting, Project Management or Onboarding Management.
- Long‑term partnership mindset – you desire to build strong & lasting partnerships from day one, understanding partners’ long‑term ambitions and building trust.
- Excellent communication skills – you can build trustful relationships, handle tough conversations and maintain partnership health.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional projects, managing multiple work streams and numerous internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exposure to outsourcing & vendor management. You will define and manage SLAs with our partners.
- Ability to cope with ambiguity & uncertainty; you plan and juggle multiple projects while staying focused on the bigger picture.
- Solid compliance background – you understand best practices and regulation guardrails.
- Ownership mindset: “This is not my job!” is not part of your vocabulary. You are intrinsically motivated to deliver value by taking initiative and challenging the status quo.
