Job Description

Penning Consulting GmbH specializes in personnel and change management with extensive experience in transformation projects for medium-sized companies. As a client-oriented consulting firm, we focus on providing actionable concepts—from diagnosis to sustainable success monitoring. Responsibilities

• Actively participate in client projects as a working student in our personnel and change consulting team.
• Support workshops and training sessions, gradually developing skills in planning and moderation of various formats.
• Take responsibility for coordinating, designing, and implementing (sub-)project contents within transformation processes.
• Assist our consultants throughout the consulting process—from conception to project completion—and learn about different responsibilities.
• Conduct market and industry research to develop new consulting products.
• Gain insights into projects in management diagnostics, change and talent management, and repositioning HR departments.

Qualifications

• Currently in the final phase of your studies in economics, psychology, or a related field with a strong interest and initial experience in change management and/or personnel development.
• Excellent communication and rhetorical skills, along with a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, reliability, organizational ability, and resilience.
• Proficient in MS Office, with good expression skills and perfect spelling.
