Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate new team member to join us as a Performance Marketing Manager (d/f/m). As a Digital Marketing team, we empower our private and commercial customers to trade on Kleinanzeigen across web and app.

This hybrid role combines remote work with office presence in Berlin Charlottenburg, reporting directly to the Performance Marketing Lead.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale successful Performance Marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ensure an efficient channel mix to increase feature adoption and evaluate additional channels.
• Measure, report, and analyze the efficiency of Performance Marketing activities and adjust accordingly.
• Responsible for efficient budget allocation and campaign optimization through A/B-tests and balancing brand and performance metrics.
• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and convert traffic into conversions.
• Analyze competitors, identify trends, and maximize growth opportunities in performance marketing.
• Manage and nurture relationships with external partners and agencies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in working with Performance Marketing channels to generate and retarget customers.
• Experience with platforms like YouTube and TikTok, as well as influencer collaborations, is a plus.
• Business fluency in German and English.
• Profound understanding of tracking and strong analytical skills to leverage data, shape strategies, and maximize ROI.
• Ability to independently drive marketing initiatives and projects forward, managing stakeholder expectations in a cross-functional and agile environment.
• Motivation for new challenges and the ability to challenge the status quo constructively.
