Personal Assistant SVP Global Sports & Entertainment (m/w/d) | Vollzeit

THE JOB

You are the right hand of our SVP Global Sports & Entertainment, assisting with administrative tasks and helping to juggle day-to-day issues.
His calendar is in your capable hands – you coordinate internal and external appointments, prepare meeting minutes, prepare before and after meetings, and maintain an overview.
Travel management: planning trips, booking accommodation, organizing arrival and departure.
You bring structure to our brand new and up-and-coming Strauss Media House.

YOUR PROFILE

Completed commercial training or degree and initial professional experience in an assistant role.
Very good written and spoken German and fluent English.
Organizational talent, eye for detail, independent and conscientious way of working, friendly manner, utmost discretion.
Confident use of common office programs.
You enjoy being in the office and can commit to at least 30 hours a week.
