About the Role

We are seeking a Platform Specialist with deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform automation. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools, enabling scalable and standardised infrastructure deployments. This role requires a self-driven, client focused professional who can bridge business needs with technical capabilities to deliver consistent and effective platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain platform architectures with embedded automation.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform and Ansible to provision, manage, and optimise environments.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous infrastructure deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure platform capabilities align with organisational requirements.
• Standardise and scale infrastructure solutions across multiple environments using automation best practices.
• Lead client-facing discussions to define and drive platform automation strategies.
• Follow a structured engagement and delivery methodology to ensure consistent outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Proven experience integrating automation into platform architectures and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools for infrastructure deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to standardise and scale infrastructure across diverse environments.
• Excellent client-facing and consulting skills.
• Self-motivated with a structured approach to solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid platform environments.
• Knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance within automated platform delivery.
