In this role, you will play a key part in shaping financial wellness by combining advanced analytics, risk management, and strategic insight. As a member of the Portfolio and Credit Risk teams, you will monitor and optimize portfolio performance, design data-driven frameworks, and guide business decisions through actionable insights. Accountabilities

• Design, test, and execute credit policies, pricing strategies, and portfolio management frameworks that drive profitability while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KPIs), underwriting operations, and portfolio performance to enable proactive, data-backed decision-making.
• Partner with data teams to enhance business intelligence tools, improve data sets, and strengthen predictive risk models.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on portfolio behavior, identifying optimization opportunities and investigating emerging risks.
• Support the development and implementation of data collection methods, segmentation techniques, and performance dashboards.
• Provide stakeholders with actionable insights that influence credit frameworks, process improvements, and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking, credit risk, or portfolio management.
• Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, and Google Sheets (or similar platforms).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while delivering accurate and timely insights.
