• Develop an independent research profile.
• Engage actively in teaching and institutional self-management.
• Conduct research on psychobiological foundations of social interactions and/or disorders.
• Establish and expand own research program within the chair’s profile.
• Apply and advance methodological toolbox (olfactometry, psychoneuroendocrinology, EEG, dual eye-tracking, Social Decision Lab).
• Deliver four teaching courses in the B.Sc. and M.Sc. psychology programs.
• Contribute to university self‑administration.
• Acquire external funding, especially DFG.
• Publish in international peer‑reviewed journals.

• Qualified PhD in biological or clinical psychology or a related discipline.
• Experience with relevant methods and data analyses.
• Willingness to take on academic responsibility and pursue further qualification.
• Motivation for collaboration in an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) or equivalent.
