This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform how pricing drives business impact in the Light Commercial HVAC space. The Pricing Manager will lead innovative, data-driven strategies that optimize pricing, improve margins, and enhance customer value. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to challenge conventional models and implement solutions that reflect evolving market dynamics. The position combines analytical rigor with leadership, allowing you to mentor a high-performing team while influencing strategic decision-making. You will also contribute to digital initiatives to modernize internal tools and support new product launches. This hybrid role emphasizes creativity, accountability, and customer-centric thinking, offering the chance to make measurable impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead the development and execution of dynamic pricing strategies that challenge traditional approaches and drive business growth.
• Use analytics and data-driven insights to optimize pricing models and enhance customer value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align pricing frameworks with market and customer needs.
• Build financial models and market analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Review and negotiate complex bids and contracts with a focus on customer outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pricing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Drive digital initiatives to enhance analytical tools and platforms.
• Own pricing strategy for new product launches and market rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, strategic finance, or negotiation.
• 3+ years of experience driving change, challenging norms, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience with contract negotiations, bid strategy, and proposal development.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• HVAC industry experience and SAP knowledge are a plus.
