As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead a major product initiative with strategic and operational ownership, driving innovation and delivering measurable impact. You will define long-term strategy, set KPIs, and make critical product decisions while balancing day-to-day execution. This role requires a combination of visionary thinking and hands-on problem-solving, collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. You will play a central role in shaping product direction, influencing company growth, and fostering a culture of high ownership and innovation.

Accountabilities:

• Define and execute long-term strategy for a core product, including business case development and investment planning.
• Own the market thesis, customer personas, and product insights to prioritize impactful features and initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering to guide product development, unblock critical issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, support, and leadership teams to align on objectives and goals.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to make informed product decisions and drive iterative improvements.
• Lead product discovery, problem-solving, and execution with a strong focus on customer value and business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in startups or high-growth environments.
• Proven experience building products from 0→1 and scaling from 1→10.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, particularly in multi-step workflows or PLG (Product-Led Growth) products.
• Strong ability to balance short-term execution with long-term product vision and strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Prior experience automating workflows, HR/recruiting software, or AI/ML-powered products is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
