Process Management Expert/Process Analyst (f/m/d)

Overview

For our Asset Management group we are looking for a motivated professional to contribute to project management for the introduction, implementation and optimisation of software-supported processes in the administrative area, taking into account legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participation in project management for the introduction, implementation and optimisation of software-supported processes in the administrative area, taking into account legal regulations
• Contribute to a company-wide programme to analyse processes with a focus on business administration
• Design and set up a process excellence programme in order to implement a CIP
• Define and design a process management framework
• Identify and analyse key processes and further topics in order to improve quality and efficiency
• Record and improve processes in coordination with other process experts

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in business administration, (business-) informatics, natural sciences or a comparable degree
• Improved knowledge on process management and notation
• Experience in training and support of users
• Ability to work on tasks independently
• Will to contribute to group success in the areas of risk, process and asset management
• Basic knowledge of corporate risk and asset management is an asset
• Very good knowledge of the English language
