What You’ll Be Doing

• Track and analyze product metrics, identify trends, and develop reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct deep dives into user behavior data to uncover patterns and opportunities for product improvements.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Support setup and evaluation of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure data consistency and support cross‑team initiatives.
• Design self‑service tools and advise stakeholders on best data‑analysis approaches.

What You Need To Shine

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a product‑driven environment; experience at startups is a plus.
• Strong skills in SQL & Python and experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, ML modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Hands‑on mentality and proactive attitude, thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
