Product Manager (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

• Support the execution of product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Assist in conducting user research, gathering stakeholder feedback, and developing design mockups.
• Participate in agile processes, including defining and organizing user stories for the development team.
• Contribute to the creation of product requirement documents and related artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, testing dashboards, reports, and other engineering outputs.
• Track and analyze key product metrics and gather user feedback to inform improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise or B2B customer-facing products; startup experience is a plus.
• Interest in healthcare technology, digital health, or the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
