As a Project Manager, you will coordinate global enterprise integrations, guiding projects from conception to launch while ensuring technical teams and stakeholders are aligned. You will manage timelines, mitigate risks, and track progress to ensure strategic objectives are met. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing clarity and context to internal leadership while representing client needs externally. You will streamline processes, document best practices, and improve onboarding frameworks to support scalable growth. The position offers the opportunity to work with innovative financial technologies, impacting partners and clients around the world. Strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive leadership will be key to your success.

Accountabilities:

• Manage end-to-end enterprise integrations, coordinating technical, compliance, and operational teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison for enterprise partners, facilitating check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions.
• Track project status, risks, and dependencies, reporting to internal leadership and partner stakeholders.
• Guide partners through onboarding requirements, including KYC, AML, and regulatory processes.
• Document integration processes and continuously improve frameworks to scale future projects.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, providing context and insights to leadership and technical teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feature requests are prioritized and delivered efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise-level project management experience, with strong process, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for client-facing interactions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work with partners across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with fintech, financial markets, brokerage, and crypto applications.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.
• Technical background, including working knowledge of APIs (REST, WebSockets, SSE), Postman, curl requests, issue management, and enterprise software implementation.
• Experience in sales, customer success, or client enablement is a plus.
