The ideal candidate combines outstanding organisational skills with a deep understanding of the hardware industry transformation through AI and demonstrates the ability to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets and agencies with precision, ensuring transparency, compliance and timely reporting.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks early in the event lifecycle to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as a strong and assertive counterpart to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring business objectives are met without compromising quality.
  • Continuously optimise event strategy to maximise ROI and brand impact.

B2B Marketing Integration

  • Partner with the B2B marketing team to design and execute demand‑generation campaigns around events.
  • Align event strategy with account‑based marketing initiatives and sales pipeline goals.
  • Ensure that business audiences receive tailored content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, executive sessions) within event frameworks.
  • Track event‑driven contribution to B2B pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning and executing large‑scale events (300+ participants).
  • Strong knowledge of the hardware sector and its transformation in the context of AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivering against KPIs (lead value, conversion, satisfaction).
  • Excellent budget management skills and experience working with agencies.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy and keen attention to detail; German is a first language.
  • Fluent in English.

What We Offer
