The Role As a Proposal Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and client engagement. You will:

Responsibilities

• Shape technical and commercial proposals for grid-scale BESS projects.


• Size and configure storage systems, run cost estimates, and prepare tender responses.


• Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to select suppliers and partners.


• Present solutions to clients, highlighting the technical fit and business value.


• Support sales and legal in defining scope, warranties, and contractual terms.


• Travel for meetings, site visits, and project reviews across international markets.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in proposal, sales, or application engineering for utility-scale BESS/ Renewable EPC projects.


• Hands-on experience with BESS, power electronics, or grid integration.


• Strong background in tendering, RFQs, and cost estimation.


• Comfortable working in a multinational, client-facing environment.


• Engineering degree required; MBA is a plus.


• Fluent German and English required.
