Quality Assurance Engineer | Full Time (m/w/d)

We’re a team of around 20 people working from offices in Germany and remotely, and we’re looking for talented individuals who share our passion for continuous learning and tackling challenges alongside our founding team.

Responsibilities

• QA Strategy: Define and build our QA strategy, processes, and standards from scratch.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and designers to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.


• Automated Testing: Introduce and scale automated testing frameworks and tools that boost reliability and efficiency.


• Testing & Team Support: Balance hands-on testing with enabling the team to take shared ownership of quality.

Requirements

• Essential skills and experiences:


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance


• Hands-on experience in setting up and executing Software Quality standards


• Experience in E2E test automation with tools like Cypress


• Strong understanding of QA metrics and strategies, with the ability to analyze results and drive continuous improvement


• Proficiency in Postman for API testing


• Experience with RESTful web services and WebSockets
