We are looking for Quality Engineers to join our manufacturing sites in Loznica or Šabac , Serbia.

Your role:

Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

Mastery in automotive quality fundamentals including Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, Work and Inspection Instructions, MSA, CPK Studies, SPC, Pareto and Trend Diagrams, and the 8D Problem Solving Method.
Familiarity with VDA volumes (6.3, 6.5, 2, 16, and Field Failure Analyses) and IATF 16949 standards.
In-depth understanding of Formel Q, signifying your leadership in quality excellence.
Proficiency in AIAG standards (APQP, PPAP, PLA)
Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and quality reporting.
Proficiency in English; Serbian language skills are an advantage.
