Your Tasks

Independent responsibility for maintaining and improving the integrated management system (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 50001)
Planning and execution of internal system and process audits, including follow-ups
Preparation and support for certification and customer audits, especially for OEMs like Volkswagen, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz
Implementation and assurance of compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR), such as VW Formel Q, BMW QMT, and MB QAA
Contribution to standardization of processes and optimization of documentation
Cross-functional collaboration to meet internal quality and compliance targets
Supporting internal trainings and quality communication initiatives

Your Profile

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Several years of professional experience in system or quality management (automotive industry - is a plus)
Certified internal auditor for IATF 16949 and certified VDA 6.3 process auditor (mandatory);
Strong knowledge of relevant standards and customer-specific requirements;
Confident communication with auditors, customers, and internal teams;
Independent, structured, and solution-driven work style;
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
