Overview

Investigo is a global recruitment agency and part of The IN Group, a leader in talent and recruitment solutions. We are expanding our presence in Germany with new offices in Munich and Berlin and are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our founding team in Munich.

The Opportunity

You will be based in Munich and focus on placing technology professionals throughout Germany. This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant role with a fixed basic salary and an uncapped commission structure of up to 42.5%. You will work with a start‑up business that has the infrastructure and financial backing of a global provider and the guidance of two highly successful German recruitment leaders.

The Role

You will own the full candidate and client lifecycle, from new client acquisition to after‑care. Your responsibilities include:

• Client acquisition and new business development
• Candidates identification, interviews and advising
• Maintaining existing client relationships and lead generation through relationship building
• Market mapping of candidate pools and headhunting from these pools
• Full end‑to‑end recruitment training from a dedicated learning function

Requirements

You should meet the following qualifications:

• 2 years or more of recruitment experience within an agency, preferably in a 360 Recruitment Consultant position
• Experience recruiting for technology positions
• Fluent in English; fluency in German is a plus
• Proactive, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a small autonomous team
