The Role:

The Regional Demo Events & Merch Manager will work across their province area to elevate the Voduz Brand within various retailers such as Gordons / Medicare, Shaws , Dunnes etc.

Working to a strategic schedule of Event Demo plans for Voduz, creating activity and services in your booked location, whilst leading on merchandising standards as you visit our locations.

Communication & operational skills are imperative to ensure that you are working strategically to the Brand focuses.

The role requires a hands-on and proactive approach, drive of retail sales targets / productivi ty / creating strong partner relationships and enjoying demonstrating our Brand Hair Hero products.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive all your KPI.s agreed with Brand Strategy.

Plan demos in your key stores for new product launches.

Work closely with the Senior Co-Ordinator / and Area Account Manager to agree on a journey and activity plan for your Demo & Events.

Support Retailer events in your area in line with the Retail Teams requests and to anniversary any previous year's activity.

Ensuring capture of hours worked and documents for payroll completed with sales & commission to submit to Senior Co-Ordinator.

Check merchandising standards and that all are adhered to Voduz Merch plans in stores, with feedback and follow-up were required.

Demo Voduz product to customers showcasing value offers.

Traffic stop to engage customers with the brand.

Work on ATV & AUT to Brand expectations

Build great relationships with the stores you visit and work on growing customer loyalty.
