Position Overview

As a Regional Organizational Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in adapting and implementing Bybit's global OD strategy within EU region. You will serve as a Bybit cultural ambassador, traveling throughout your region to deliver training programs and workshops while creating tools and resources tailored to regional needs. Working closely with our global OD team, you'll be responsible for building regional talent development frameworks, customizing learning solutions, and fostering Bybit culture across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Implementation & Talent Development

• Adapt global OD strategies to regional contexts, considering cultural nuances and business needs
• Build and maintain comprehensive regional training frameworks and talent development programs
• Partner with regional leadership to identify high-potential talent and implement succession planning
• Design and deliver customized learning experiences that bridge company strategy with employee development

Cultural Ambassador & Knowledge Management

• Design and facilitate regional cultural workshops, serving as a master trainer and Bybit culture advocate
• Build networks of cultural ambassadors and internal trainers across the region
• Create region-specific OD toolkits and frameworks, adapting global resources to local contexts
• Collect, analyze and leverage regional data to provide insights and drive evidence-based decisions

Cross-Regional Collaboration & Community Building

• Represent regional perspectives in global OD initiatives while ensuring consistent implementation
• Partner closely with regional HR and business teams to integrate people strategies
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange between regions
• Build and nurture communities of practice for OD professionals within the region

Qualifications

Experience & Education

• 5 years or above experience in Organizational Development with multinational exposure
• Proven track record designing and implementing regional talent programs
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in related field preferred
• Experience in technology or fintech industry is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of regional cultural nuances and training methodologies
• Expertise in talent management and development practices
• Excellent project management and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to adapt communication styles to different cultural contexts

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 40% within the EU region
• Fluent in English; additional regional local European languages are an advantage
• Strong presence and credibility when interacting with diverse audiences
