This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of ANA. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager - West in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand sales operations across a multi-state territory in the Western United States. You will drive business growth by identifying and developing new customer relationships, creating strategic sales plans, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale account management. Operating remotely, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. The position demands strong technical understanding, market insight, and the ability to travel extensively. Success in this role means building lasting partnerships, exceeding revenue goals, and representing the organization’s values with integrity and professionalism.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow a solid customer base and drive revenue across the Western U.S.
  • Identify new business opportunities, leveraging technical expertise in power generation and compressed air solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification to order, ensuring ongoing account growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments — including finance, marketing, inside sales, technical support, operations, and engineering — to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, provide timely sales forecasts, and share market intelligence to support business decisions.
  • Deliver presentations, training, and product demonstrations that highlight value, ROI, and competitive advantages.
  • Travel 60–75% to meet with customers, attend events, and expand market presence in the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in a relevant sales role, preferably in technical or industrial markets.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and present product lines confidently.
  • Proven track record in territory management, solution selling, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Skilled in negotiation, pricing strategy, and managing multi-tier programs.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work without employer sponsorship.
