Reliability & Monitoring Engineer (Blockchain APIs)

Overview

We are looking for an engineer who will take ownership of monitoring, alerting, reliability, and incident triage for our blockchain API platform. You will help us ensure stable performance across dozens of blockchains and services.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reliability checks
• Investigate and triage incidents (L2/L3), find root causes, drive fixes
• Create and optimize automated reliability tests and performance checks
• Work with Dev / NodeOps / DevOps to prevent regressions and outages
• Identify bottlenecks and spot issues before customers do

Must have

• Experience with Prometheus/Grafana/Loki/VM or similar observability tools
• Strong debugging/triage mindset
• Experience with CI/CD and automated checks
• Basic coding in Go or Python
• Understanding of containers (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus)
• Interest in blockchain and willingness to dive into new chains

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain nodes
• Linux knowledge, IaC basics, performance/load testing
