Your Role
We are currently looking for a Revenue Growth Manager (m/w/d). Your mission is to support the transformation journey within MH to capitalize and establish a shared Revenue Growth Management vision and cross-functional ownership across departments, and to develop processes and ways of working to better align prices with consumer expectations and shopper behaviors.
As a member of the Finance Team you work closely with the local Sales, Marketing & Controlling departments to drive growth through a differentiated approach pursuing margin and growth instead of simply meeting consumer demands.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis, set objectives and develop tools related to a mix of RGM levers like consumer pricing, customer pricing, promotions, trade terms, assortment mix, etc.
- Define and monitor KPIs that improve impact of the RGM approach
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies based on market analysis, competitor activities, and internal sales data to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Pricing Optimization: Analyze, develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies by customer and product to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining competitiveness within the German market; actively manage customer/channel/product margins.
- Retailer Dynamics, Value Drivers & Consumer Behavior: Analyze retailer landscape, identify key value drivers, monitor consumer behavior to adapt strategies for optimal product placement and sales within retail environments.
- New Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to identify, assess the financial viability of, and launch new products that meet market demand and drive revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure strategic alignment and provide financial insights supporting revenue-generating initiatives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the pricing budget, collaborate with sales to create pricing forecasts, and monitor performance against budget, addressing deviations proactively.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the German distribution landscape, conducting research to identify new growth opportunities.
Profile
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance/Controlling, Engineering
Professional experience & know how:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an international environment
- Ideally previously in a RGM or commercial excellence role, alternatively Finance/Controlling but with strong Commercial orientation
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and other simulation tools
- Good presentation skills (oral and written)
