Overview

We are looking for a commercially minded scientist to join a global diagnostics company specialising in high-quality solutions for pathology and immunohistochemistry. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer-facing work, helping laboratories get the very best from the products they use.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with pathology laboratories across your region
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions
• Support sales colleagues during customer visits to answer in-depth technical questions
• Troubleshoot and advise on applications to ensure smooth implementation and usage
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to keep your knowledge sharp and your network growing

Qualifications

• Degree in biology, biomedical sciences or related field, ideally with a focus in pathology or IHC
• Strong presentation skills and the confidence to work closely with laboratory staff and purchasing teams
• Ability to travel regularly within South Germany
• Fluent German and good English
