Flexible Basic Salary + commission (uncapped up to 42.5%)

Opportunity

You will be joining a start‑up business with the infrastructure and financial backing of a global recruitment business with 13 offices across the world. You will be based in Munich and have the leadership and guidance of two highly successful German recruitment leaders. In this role, you will be focused on placing technology professionals throughout Germany.

Role

This 360 Recruitment Consultant position focuses on placing technology professionals into businesses throughout Germany. You will handle the entire candidate and client life cycle from new client acquisition to candidate aftercare, delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, credibility and gravitas.

Responsibilities

• Client acquisition
• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and feeding back to candidates
• Maintaining existing client relationships and new business development
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and headhunting from these
• Lead generation through relationship building

Qualifications

• 3 years or more of recruitment experience within an agency, ideally in technology recruitment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Proactive and motivated to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and level of professionalism.
• Ability to work in a small and autonomous team.
