Responsibilities

Manage sales and customer service in segments like OEMs, machine builders, and the process industry.
Define sales tactics, including target customers, marketing measures, and resource allocation to increase market share.
Proactively acquire new customers and maintain customer relationships.
Perform prospecting through cold calls and generate new contacts.
Analyze customer demands and provide solution-oriented consultations regarding economic and technical aspects.
Negotiate to convert leads into orders.

Requirements

Technical educational background, preferably in factory automation.
Several years of sales experience.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
Strong customer orientation, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
Independent, proactive, and results-driven work approach.
Open-minded, eager to take on challenges with high performance orientation.
Willingness to travel.
