We develop innovative pipe systems for chemistry, petrochemistry, food, pharma, and energy. Our Industry Solutions offer solutions from technical consulting and planning to delivery and service.

Responsibilities

Provide needs-based consulting to customers while keeping sales targets in view
Lead contract negotiations
New business acquisition and ongoing expansion of the client base; establish and maintain long-term relationships
Market research/monitoring and feedback on business development
Collaborate closely with the Customer Service counterpart
CRM-based activities and monthly KPI reporting
Budget responsibility for your sales territory

Qualifications

University degree with commercial/technical background or a completed vocational training with strong sales focus
Several years of professional experience (ideally 5–10 years) in industry, preferably in the pump, valve or piping sector, with direct exposure to pharma, chemical, cold storage or food production
willingness to travel 60–80% within Germany
Good technical knowledge and ability to read complex technical drawings
Confidence, strong presence and excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills, structured and goal-oriented work style
Fluent English written and spoken (English is the corporate language)
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
